For this reason, returns or refunds are not generally applicable once an order has been confirmed and delivered, except in specific cases mentioned below.

2. Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if any of the following situations occur:

  • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
  • The product was damaged, spoiled, or defective at the time of delivery
  • The order was not delivered due to an error on our part
  • The product was significantly different from the description shown on our website

You must report the issue within 6 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the product for verification.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable items such as flowers, cakes, chocolates, fruits, and food items (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Customized or personalized products (name, message, design, or special requests)

  • Delivery delays caused by recipient unavailability, incorrect address, phone unreachable, or force majeure situations
  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Orders successfully delivered as per customer instructions

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before preparation has started.
  • Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
  • For customized or special orders, cancellation may not be possible once confirmed.

If cancellation is approved, any applicable refund (if eligible) will be processed according to our refund timeline.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or card).
  • Refund processing time: 7–10 working days after approval.
  • Transaction or gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Same-Day & Special Occasion Orders

For same-day delivery, Valentine’s Day, Eid, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, New Year, or other high-demand occasions:

  • Orders are non-refundable once confirmed
  • No cancellation is allowed after order processing begins
  • Minor variations in design or packaging may occur due to product availability

7. NRB (International) Orders

For customers ordering from abroad:

  • Refunds follow the same policy as local orders
  • International transaction fees are non-refundable
  • Delays caused by local conditions or recipient issues are not refundable
