Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Gift Tree BD. Please read this policy carefully.

1) Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.
  • Used, damaged, or altered items may not be eligible.
  • Submit refund/return requests within 7 days of delivery.
Fresh & Custom Items
Fresh flowers, fruits, cakes: eligible for replacement/refund only if damaged or not as described. Please report with photos within 12 hours of delivery.
Helium balloons: minor deflation after 24 hours is normal; issues must be reported on the same day with photos.
Personalized/custom items: non‑refundable unless incorrect or damaged on arrival.
• For combo hampers with perishables, partial refunds may apply to the affected item(s).

2) How to Request

Email contact.gifttreebd@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp 01997822886 with your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.

3) Review & Refund

  • We’ll review your request and confirm approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Most providers reflect refunds within 7–10 working days after approval; some banks/MFS may take up to 30 days.

4) Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank/MFS statement and contact your card issuer/bank/MFS.
  • If still not received, email gifttree.bd@gmail.com.

5) Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
