Delivery Confirmation

Delivery Time
- Inside Dhaka: up to 5 days
- Outside Dhaka: up to 10 days
Note: Same-day or specific-date delivery may be available for certain gift categories (e.g., flowers, balloons) subject to availability and cutoff times.
Shipping Delays

Returns Due to Non‑Delivery
If a product is returned to us due to non‑delivery (e.g., incorrect/incomplete address), the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges for re‑dispatch.
