1. Delivery Areas

We deliver gifts across Dhaka and selected areas throughout Bangladesh
Delivery availability may vary depending on product type and location
Same-day delivery is primarily available within Dhaka and selected nearby areas

2. Delivery Timeframes

Same-Day Delivery (Dhaka): Available for eligible products if orders are placed before the daily cut-off time
Scheduled Delivery: Customers may choose a preferred delivery date during checkout
Outside Dhaka Delivery: Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability

All delivery times are estimated and may change due to traffic, weather, or other unavoidable conditions.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on delivery location, product type, and delivery urgency
Applicable delivery fees will be shown during checkout before order confirmation
Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order is processed

4. Recipient Availability

A valid delivery address and reachable phone number are required for successful delivery
If the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses to accept the delivery, the order may be considered completed
Redelivery or rescheduling may involve additional charges

Gift Tree BD is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Product Condition & Handling

We ensure careful handling and proper packaging of all items
Perishable items such as flowers, cakes, chocolates, fruits, and balloons are prepared close to delivery time
Minor variations in design, color, or packaging may occur due to availability and seasonal factors

These variations do not qualify as delivery failure.

6. Special Occasion Deliveries

During high-demand occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Eid, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, New Year, and other festivals:

Exact delivery time slots cannot be guaranteed
Minor delays or substitutions may occur
Orders are delivered on a best-effort basis

By placing an order during these periods, customers acknowledge and accept these conditions.

7. NRB (International) Orders

For customers ordering from abroad:

Delivery is completed within Bangladesh only
Delivery timelines depend on local conditions and recipient availability
International transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable

8. Delivery Confirmation

Orders are considered delivered once received by the recipient or a responsible person at the delivery location
Proof of delivery may include call confirmation, message confirmation, or delivery records

9. Force Majeure

Gift Tree BD shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or emergency situations.
