These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gift Tree BD website and services. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the site.
2) Accounts & Accuracy
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete information (including shipping details).
3) Orders & Payments
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline at our discretion.
- Payment must be completed using approved methods (card/MFS/bank as available).
- In case of suspected fraud or errors, we may cancel or hold orders pending verification.
4) Pricing, Taxes & Availability
- Prices are shown in BDT and may change without prior notice.
- Shipping fees and applicable taxes/duties (if any) are displayed at checkout.
- All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will offer a similar substitute or a refund.
5) Shipping & Delivery
- Inside Dhaka: up to 5 days • Outside Dhaka: up to 10 days.
- Delivery timelines are estimates; delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
- Customers must provide complete and accurate addresses; non‑delivery due to incorrect details may incur re‑shipping charges.

6) Product Information & Substitutions
- Colors, packaging, and arrangement may vary slightly from photos due to lighting or availability.
- Fresh items (flowers, fruits, cakes, balloons) may be substituted with equal or higher value when a specific variant is unavailable.
7) Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch/processing. For personalized or perishable items already prepared, cancellation may not be possible.
8) Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled per our policy.
- Standard items: request within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
- Perishables (flowers, fruits, cakes): report issues with photos within 12 hours of delivery.
- Balloons: minor deflation after 24 hours is normal; report same‑day issues with photos.

9) Promotions, Coupons & Gift Messages
- Promo codes cannot be combined unless stated. Limited time and usage may apply.
- We may refuse/void a promotion in case of misuse or technical error.
- We reserve the right to edit/remove inappropriate gift messages or custom notes.
10) User Content & Reviews
- By submitting reviews/photos, you grant us a non‑exclusive right to use, reproduce, and display them for marketing.
- Content must be lawful and not infringe third‑party rights.
11) Intellectual Property
All site content (logos, images, text, design) is owned by Gift Tree BD or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or redistribute without permission.
12) Prohibited Activities
- Using the site for unlawful purposes or to violate regulations
- Attempting to interfere with site security or functionality
- Transmitting malware, spam, or abusive content
13) Third‑Party Links
We may link to external sites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
